Am I eligible for the same day delivery service?
Same day delivery will automatically appear at checkout if your order is eligible.
We offer this service to addresses within a 20km radius of any ALPHA60 store in Australia.
If you don’t see the option at checkout, it may be because the item(s) in your cart aren’t currently available at your nearest store.
What happens if I order after the cut off time?
Your order will be delivered by 5pm the following day.
Which courier do you use for same day deliveries?
All of our same day deliveries our sent with Rendr.
Am I required to sign for the delivery?
Signature is required upon delivery so please make sure you are available to sign to avoid any issues.
What do I do if my order is not delivered on time?
You can track your parcel via Rendr here with your emailed tracking number.
