Can I expect shipping delays during the Holiday period?

During our holiday period, we are anticipating higher-than-expected order volumes.

Please understand that our incredible warehouse team is working non-stop (including overtime), to ensure your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible.



What is your Exchange Policy for Gifts purchased during the Holiday period?

Keep your gift receipt and you can return your gift for Credit Note or Exchange.
Please note that any gift purchased from Dec 09 can be exchanged up until Jan 07.

    Search for products you know, browse our collections by product type or shop our carefully curated outfits via shop the look.

  2. Learn about each Alpha60 piece by reading our detailed designer notes and styling tips. For additional information on fabric and sizing — take a look at our garment care guide and sizing chart.

  3. Select your chosen size and either add your item to your shopping cart or create a saved wish list by using the little heart icon.

  4. View what is in your cart or wish list

For orders under $300 AUD we offer:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to New Zealand over $300 AUD and free express shipping on orders over $750 AUD

We offer free DHL express shipping on all rest of world orders over $500 AUD


For orders under $500 AUD we offer:

Duties & taxes

We do not pay duties and taxes for international orders duties and tax thresholds change from country to country, as well as the costs involved — this unfortunately means we cannot pay for these upfront your local customs should be able to provide you with this information.

Most orders made before 12pm will be fulfilled on the same day.

Post dispatch, delivery times differ dependent on shipping carrier and region.

Return Policy

ALL RETURNS

All returns are to be processed via post through our returns portal or in person by visiting one of our store locations.


COST

You can return your purchase in person to one or our store locations for free

Alternatively you can return your purchase via post through our returns portal

$15 Australia Post flat rate return shipping or alternative shipping arranged at the customers expense

New Zealand
$25 DHL Express flat rate return shipping or alternative shipping arranged at the customers expense

Rest of World
$50 DHL Express flat rate return shipping or alternative shipping arranged at the customers expense


Terms & Conditions

All return requests are to be submitted within 14 days of original purchase.

Black Friday Sale purchases

Anything that is 20% off can be returned for Refund, Credit Note or Exchange.However anything higher than 20% off can only be returned for a Credit Note or Exchange.

Full Priced purchases

All full priced and 20% off flash sale purchases can be returned for an exchange, store credit or a full refund to original payment method.

Sale purchases

All other sale purchases can be returned for an exchange or store credit (Excludes Melbourne Outlet store).

Sale purchases deemed faulty can be returned for an exchange, store credit or full refund to original payment method.

All Melbourne Outlet store purchases can be returned to the Outlet for an exchange only.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn with original tags still attached.

Returned items which are not in perfect condition, unworn and with original tags still attached will unfortunately not be accepted.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Request Portal

1. Please submit a return request via the return portal

2. Wait for email confirmation your return request has been approved

3. Print your shipping label [if applies] and package your order up nicely

4. Include original proof of purchase / printed invoice with your returned item

5. Drop your return off to your local outlet

6. Wait for email updates of return progress

How to redeem rewards

1. View your points balance here

2. If you have over 1000 points, please click the redeem reward button

3. Then click VIEW to reveal your voucher code

4. Copy and paste the voucher code into the gift card or discount code box at checkout and then click apply

5. Your reward will then be applied at checkout

I’ve shopped in-store before do I need to sign up again online?


Yes, you may need to create an account online here. Please use the same email address for your in-store account and online account – this ensures that your points accrued from in-store and online purchases will sync.



Will my in-store purchase history show up on my online account?


Your in-store history will show up on your online account. If you have any queries about this please contact our team at shop@alpha60.com.au.

Can I use my rewards voucher during a sale?

Yes!



Can I use multiple reward vouchers on one transaction?


No. Only one voucher can be redeemed at checkout at a time.



I have two accounts with different email addresses – how do I merge the accounts so I am earning all the points I accumulate in one place?


If you would like to merge two accounts with different email addresses, please contact our customer service team shop@alpha60.com.au or speak with one of our retail assistants in-store.

If I return an item will I be reimbursed my reward voucher?


Yes! If shopping in store the sales assistant will issue you a credit. If you are shopping online, you will be sent a $50 voucher after the return is complete. If you have any queries with this process, please reach out to our customer service team shop@alpha60.com.au
